A garment printing unit based in Gandhi Nagar, Tiruppur — India's knitwear hub — turning plain fabric and greige goods into finished, printed material for garment manufacturers, order-based buyers, and local wholesale trade.
Rajavinayaghar Printing Factory is a garment printing facility based in Gandhi Nagar, Tiruppur — India's leading knitwear and garment export hub. The factory serves manufacturers and wholesale buyers across the region, specializing in printing on fabric and finished garment panels.
Our production process follows a disciplined, end-to-end workflow: screens are prepared to precisely match each client's artwork, inks are formulated to exact shade specifications, and printing, curing, and finishing are all carried out within a single integrated facility — ensuring consistency and control from design file to dispatch-ready stock.
We operate as a fully audited facility, holding compliance approvals from SEDEX, Walt Disney, and Levi's, and use only qualified, certified materials across every production run. Our facility is equipped with ten automated machines, including MHM, ROQ, and M&R systems, complemented by manual, fusing, and curing stations to support a comprehensive range of finishing requirements. With a skilled production team and this equipment base, we maintain a daily output capacity of up to 50,000 pieces, without compromising the quality standards our clients expect on every garment.
Overseeing the factory floor, day to day
Every screen, shade match and press run is checked against years spent on the factory floor, not just a spec sheet — the kind of judgement that only comes from having printed thousands of orders before this one.
Customers deal with the director directly on specs, pricing and timelines — no agents, no relayed messages, no surprises between what's ordered and what ships.
Orders are personally tracked from screen-making through to dispatch, so delivery dates given up front are the dates goods actually leave the factory.
Buyer artwork is checked, colour-separated, and set up for the number of screens the design needs.
Each colour is exposed onto its own mesh screen, one screen per colour in the final print.
Inks are matched to the buyer's shade card by hand before a single sheet goes to press.
Fabric or panels pass under each screen in sequence, building up the design colour by colour.
Printed material is heat-cured so the ink bonds to the fabric and holds up to washing.
Finished pieces are checked against the approved sample, then folded, packed and dispatched.
A wide range of print techniques run through the factory floor, each suited to a different look, feel, and fabric requirement — chosen per order to match the buyer's design, compliance needs, and end use.
A traditional ink formulation valued for strong opacity and vibrant color lay-down across a wide range of fabrics.
Formulated without PVC, meeting stricter buyer and environmental compliance requirements for export orders.
Free of phthalate plasticizers, meeting child-safety and international export compliance standards.
An opaque, durable print sitting on top of the fabric — the standard choice for bold, long-lasting graphics on garments.
Removes the fabric's own dye and replaces it with pigment, leaving a soft, breathable print that feels like part of the garment.
A low-impact, eco-conscious ink that soaks into the fabric for a soft hand-feel, popular for premium and export-facing orders.
Pigment particles bond directly to the fiber surface for a thin, breathable finish with strong colorfastness.
A chemical process that etches away fibers in blended fabrics, creating a sheer, textured, see-through design.
A foaming ink that rises off the surface for a raised, 3D texture — used to make logos and lettering stand out.
Built up in layers for a thick, embossed effect with sharp, raised edges — common on sportswear and premium branding.
A metallic foil sheet pressed onto an adhesive base for a reflective, eye-catching finish on logos and detailing.
Fine glitter particles bound into the ink for a sparkling finish, popular on fashion and kidswear ranges.
Design coverage across the entire panel or garment rather than a single placement, used for full-pattern and sublimation-style looks.
A soft, flexible, glossy ink that stays pliable on stretch fabrics — a common choice for activewear branding.
Fine, bead-like textured ink applied in raised dots for a distinctive pearl-effect surface finish.
An ink that stays invisible or pale indoors and shifts color under UV/sunlight exposure — a striking novelty effect.
A fine pearlescent ink that shifts tone with the light, adding subtle iridescent movement to a design.
A phosphorescent ink that absorbs light and glows visibly once the lights go down.
A retroreflective ink or material that bounces light back to its source — used for high-visibility and safety-driven designs.
